PaVih specializes in women’s cotton nightwear and loungewear, including:

a. Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track orders and manage details easily.
b. Is registration free?
Yes, registering on PaVih is completely free.
c. Can I update my personal details?
Yes, you can update your information anytime in the My Account section.
d. Is my personal information secured?
Absolutely. Your personal data is kept secure and confidential as per our privacy policy.
👗 Product & Sizing
a. What fabric do you use?
We primarily use 100% pure cotton, ensuring breathability, comfort, and suitability for Indian summers. When it is not made of cotton fabric, the customer will find the fabric details in the product description section.
b. How do I choose the right size?
Most of our products are:
- Free size (48-inch Bust, XXL)
- Designed with a relaxed fit
- Refer to the size chart for clarity:
Detailed sizing information is available on each product page.
c. Do you offer plus-size options?
Yes, many of our designs offer plus-size options. You can search and shop both “By Size” and “By Style”.
d. Do you offer custom stitching or alterations?
Currently, we do not offer custom tailoring or alterations.
e. Will the product look exactly like the image?
We strive to present accurate images. Since each image is individually shot and edited, slight colour variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
a. Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we deliver all across India.
b. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we do not offer international delivery.
c. What are the shipping charges?
- Free shipping on orders above ₹700
- Standard charges apply (Rs. 80) below that
d. Is COD available?
Currently, we do not offer COD service.
e. How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 4–10 business days, depending on your location.
f. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, but only before the order is shipped. Please contact customer support immediately.
g. What if I am not available during delivery?
Courier partners will usually attempt re-delivery or contact you for instructions.
🔄Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
a. Can I return a product?
Yes, returns are accepted as per our (Refund & Returns Policy). Please refer to the policy page for full details.
b. What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We accept 3 Days return policy. An uncut opening video showing the defect is a must for a return request. We’ll try to resolve it promptly.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.

b. Is there a limit on how many products I can order?
No, there is no limit.
