How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order only if it has not yet been shipped.

If the order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it online. Please contact our Customer Care on +91-9051396038 for support. Order cannot be canceled once it’s delivered to you.

Can I partially cancel an order?

No, it is not possible. But if your order is not dispatched then you will have to cancel the complete order and place a new order. 

Can I partially return an order purchased in the offer?

Not applicable on our category due to hygiene concerns.

Can I only keep some of the products at the time of delivery and return the remaining products?

No, this is not allowed.
 

Process for returning the wrong/damaged products

We only replace the wrong product and the products that are defective or damaged. To do so you need to Whatsapp us at +91-9051396038 in case you wish to replace your product. Refer (Returning Terms and Conditions) below.

Please report within 48 hours of receiving the orders. You will have to send the items back to us through courier. Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship the right products to you as per your initial order. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Is there anything else I should know while returning a product?

You should return the product in the same condition as it was received by you with intact product packaging, labels, and barcodes. We will be able to process the refund once the return shipment is received by us and verified.   

Returning Terms and Conditions

  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it along with the invoice. It must also be in the original box provided. 
  • No Return/Exchange and refund facility is available for orders for which delivery address is not in India.
  • Applicable shipping charge according to the order value need to be paid by the customer. There’s no charge for size exchange.
  • For once exchanged items, no return/exchange request is accepted except manufacturing defects/damaged items.
  • Opening video is must for return/exchange for manufacturing defects/damages.

Refund Process

Once the item is received and inspected, upon satisfaction we will process the refund within 2 business days. Applicable shipping charges (Upto Rs.100 for Prepaid order and Rs.200 for COD order) will be deducted from the refund amount. If opted for urgent service via DTDC PLUS, actual shipping charge will be deducted.

Mode of refund: For prepaid orders, refund will be made to the original mode of payment. For Cash on delivery orders, we will ask for the payment details for the refund to be done.

Cancellation Policy: An order can be cancelled as long as it’s not shipped. If the order is prepaid, upon cancellation the refund will be made to original payment method.  

How to request Return/Exchange?

How much time does it take to process the refund?

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the full refund within 48 hours time. In case of cancellation post-shipment or returns, we process the refund once the return is received and inspected. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once the refund is approved, the refund will be processed deducting the shipping (if applicable) and payment charges (2% of the billing amount). The refund will be initiated within a week post-approval. a credit will automatically be applied to your debit card or original method of payment, in another 5-7 business days as per the bank’s norm.

**No refund will be permitted for the international purchase.**

What to do in case of Late or missing refunds (if applicable)?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at pavihcollections@gmail.com
